Directions:

Remove all makeup & contact lenses; cleanse, dry, and tone your skin before use. Set 5 minutes aside for full eye massaging benefits. Roll on back of the hand first to prep the roller for oil application – make sure oil is flowing before applying to the undereye area. 

With the roller and skin prepped, gently start applying the roller to the outer temple area of your first eye using slow, tiny circular motions.  

Start to gently adjust, moving the roller around the entire eye area – lid, under eye, and temple area generously applying the oil to the outer eye area.  Use the “Figure 8” motion (crossing over the bridge of your nose between your eyes) to adjust to your other eye using the same slow, circular motion to the temple, outer, and under eye area.  Tip:  Be conscious to drop your shoulders away from your ears while you’re rolling.  It makes a huge difference in your relaxation! 

Once both eyes are sufficiently moisturized, using your third finger on each of your hands or a pair of our Lioness Eye Massage Stones and VERY gently, simultaneously use the flat side of your stones to massage under your eyes, over your temples, and brows using the “Figure 8” motion creating a relaxing massaging for your eyes and your mind. 

Note: If using Lioness Eye Massage Stones, wash with soap and water and sanitize with Hydrogen Peroxide in between uses to prevent bacteria.
