Ingredients:

  • Sweetgrass Hydrosol, Organic (Hierochloe odorata)
  • Vodka, Organic, Gluten Free
  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil (Eucalyptus globulus)
  • Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus bergamia)
  • Orange Essential Oil (Citrus vulgaris)
  • Geranium Essential Oil (Pelargonium graveolens)
  • Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil (Origanum marjorana)

Sweetgrass Hydrosol is artisan-distilled from a specially cultivated, organically grown aromatic grass—Hierochloe odorata, whose Latin name means “holy and fragrant grass.” Revered for centuries and deeply rooted in Native American tradition, Sweetgrass has long been used for its cleansing and purifying properties.

Eucalyptus Globulus has a clearing, uplifting, refreshing effect for the mind while “cooling” emotions. Soothes inflammation in the respiratory system, clears the head helps remove excess mucous from the lungs and supports healthy breathing.

Bergamot offers fresh zest to the moment. With its refreshing blend of calming and uplifting notes, she is supportive of the nervous system and a beautiful addition to our blend.

Orange our old friend…she adds sunshine wherever she goes!  She adds a comforting aroma to all who cross her path. Relaxing & sedative yet uplifting and energetic notes. A true beauty for our blend.

Geranium is a lovely, gentle feminine friend. Beneficial for balancing moody hormones, cooling the flickering lights of the internal feminine furnace.  Useful for calming, balancing, soothing physical and mental reactions from light to extreme stress. 

Sweet Marjoram aids in regulation of the central nervous system, calms nervous tension and stress, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system is sedative, warming and grounding. 

Directions:  Spray 1-3 pumps in air away from face, never spray directly in eyes, nose, mouth. 

To Shift the Mood:
Mist around your body, home, workspace, or sacred space to create an atmosphere of calm, clarity, or renewal.

For Personal Grounding:
Spray lightly over your heart, wrists, or crown. Take a slow, intentional breath and invite stillness.

On Linens or Pillows:
Spritz onto linens, pillowcases, or yoga mats for a subtle, refreshing aromatic touch. Make sure surface is dry before coming in contact with skin.

As a Ritual Mist:
Use before meditation, journaling, or bedtime to anchor your practice and signal a return to presence.

Precautions:  

• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with milk or a fatty oil. Call physician if irritation persists. 
• Do not use topically or directly on skin as irritation can occur. 
• Do not use or use with caution if you know you have allergies to the ingredients listed. 
• Use with caution if asthmatic.
• If using around pets, ensure they have free space to leave the room if desired.  Never apply topically to your pet.  Take caution if using around avian pets/birds or open tank fish.
