Self-Heal Extract, Wildcrafted

Self-heal (Prunella vulgaris), is a member of the mint family. This gentle-seeming plant with almost pineapple-shaped purple flowers packs a big punch.  Commonly found in fields, lawns, and meadows is a time-honored helper for throat soothing support and healthy throat tissue.

Our Self-heal extract is wildcrafted in Massachusetts.  We use 80 proof (40%) Organic, Gluten-Free vodka.

Ingredients: 

• Self-Heal (Prunella vulgaris)
• Vodka, Organic, Gluten-Free, 80 proof (40%)

Method:  We use the folk method to craft our tinctures.

Directions:  Combines well with water or juice, or can be taken directly on the tongue. 

Precautions: Contains alcohol. Consult with your physician before taking.  Avoid use while pregnant or breastfeeding.  Take conservatively. 

Size:  2 oz. bottle

Packaging:   Glass bottle with glass dropper.

Storage:  Store dark bottle in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or artificial light.

Shelf life:  Tinctures can last 10 years years or more.
