- Calendula Flowers (Calendula officinalis)
- Lavender (Lavender Angustifolia)
- Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
- Pink Rose Petals (Rosa damascena)
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Epsom Salt
- Rose Quartz
- Citrine
Directions:
- Choose your vessel for soaking your feet. (If using a plastic vessel, choose BPA-free.)
- Fill it with 5-6 inches of room temperature or slightly warm water (not hot). Ensure there’s enough water to cover your feet up to your ankles. This may vary for each person.
- Pour the contents of the Feet Love Flowers Botanical Foot Bath into the vessel, letting the salt dissolve and flowers to infuse for 3-5 minutes. If you’re adding essential oils, pour the contents and essential oils into a glass, ceramic, or stainless-steel bowl first and blend before adding to the water.
- Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, or as long as desired.
- Thoroughly dry your feet before walking on hardwood or tile floors.
Precautions: Avoid standing while soaking in water to avoid injury.
