Goldenrod effectively helps to alleviate congestion caused by allergies, sinusitis, flu, or the common cold.
Licorice Root is a delicious herb known to have moistening properties to balance with the drying ingredients of our Breathe Easy blend while helping all the flavors to harmonize. Directions: Drink as needed to support the Respiratory System while experiencing challenges with seasonal allergies and/or cold. Add 1 teaspoon of tea to 8 ounces of cold water in a teapot.
- Turn the stovetop to medium-high heat.
- Add the loose tea to the pot while heating.
- Heat until the water is very hot and steaming.
- Cover the teapot and let the tea steep for at least 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea well using cheesecloth or a mesh strainer.
- Add local honey, if desired.
- Enjoy your tea hot or cold.
