Aromatherapy Consultation – 1 Hour

A one-hour aromatherapy consultation is all about you and how we can use the natural benefits of essential oils to help you feel your best. In this relaxed, one-on-one session, we’ll chat about your lifestyle, health, and any specific concerns you might have—whether it’s stress, trouble sleeping, digestion, respiratory/seasonal challenges, or just wanting to feel more balanced.  I only use the HIGHEST QUALITY therapeutic-grade essential oils. 

Based on our conversation, I’ll recommend the perfect essential oils and blends tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive a personalized blend and suggestions for how to use it, based on your unique lifestyle—whether through diffusing, topical application, or inhalation.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a personalized plan and a custom oil blend to start enjoying right away, bringing calm, focus, and balance into your everyday life.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Aromatherapy Certification in the Art of European Aromatherapy 2025 – Linda Patterson, Clinical Herbalist & Aromatherapist. The Boston School of Herbal Studies, Boston, MA
• Herbalism Levels I & II – Boston School of Herbal Studies (Advanced Herbalist Certification), 2022–2024
• Holistic Health & Personal Development Coach – Integrative Institute of Nutrition, 2021
• 12 years of hands-on personal experience working with essential oils for holistic well-being for self and community

Cost:

• Consultation: $50 per hour plus the cost of essential oils.
• Essential oil prices vary; an estimate will be provided in your consultation.

Payment:

• Pre-payment is required to book your consultation.
• A separate $20 deposit for the recommended essential oil formulation(s) is also required and will be applied to the total cost of your first treatment plan.
• Cash, Venmo accepted at this time.
