Ingredients:

Lilacs, Fresh. Hand Harvested.
Vegetable Glycerin, RSPO-certified, 100% pure, non-GMO, GF, Kosher, and Vegan.
Distilled Water.

Directions: Lilac Glycerite may be taken at any time of day. It is often enjoyed during quiet moments, in the morning to set an intentional tone or in the evening as part of a calming wind-down routine. Traditionally regarded as a shen tonic in Traditional Chinese Medicine, lilac is commonly chosen during times when gentle emotional and spiritual support is desired.

Adults: Take ½ to 1 full dropperful by mouth at time of need.

Children: 3 times daily or as needed.

4-9 mo: 1-3 drops
9-18 mo: 5-10 drops
18 mo +: 1 full dropper

Can be blended with water or into tea.

Precautions:

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water, call physician if irritation persists.
