Ingredients: Lavender Essential Oil
Directions: Aromatic Use:
Add 3–5 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or vaporizer to create a calm, relaxing, joyful atmosphere. Adjust the amount based on room size and personal preference.
Topical Use:
Essential oils should be diluted before applying to the skin.
• Combine 1–2 drops of essential oil with at least 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of a carrier oil such as jojoba, almond, or coconut.
• Apply to desired areas.
• Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.
Bath & Body Use:
Blend 3–6 drops with salt or fatty milk before adding to bathwater or body-care formulations. Do not add essential oils directly to water without dilution.
